I’m Mark Poznicek, a fully licensed, insured, and state-certified home inspector serving Pahrump and the surrounding areas. Having grown up in Nevada and lived in Pahrump since 2010, I’m proud to serve the community I call home.

My goal is to help you understand your properties condition so you can make confident, informed decisions. My general home inspections cover interior and exterior home components, electrical systems, roofing, foundation, plumbing, heating and cooling systems and more. I provide clear explanations of my findings, along with maintenance and safety recommendations, to help you move forward with peace of mind. I also offer Engineer Certifications.

Reports are sent digitally, normally within 24 hours of the inspection.
